High-Protein Bagels

Method
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C); line tray with parchment.
- Blend cottage cheese smooth. Mix flour, baking powder and salt; add cheese to form dough.
- On a lightly floured surface, knead 1-2 minutes. Divide in 4, roll ropes and join ends.
- Brush with egg wash and add optional seasoning. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Cool at least 10 minutes before slicing.
