Method

  1. Blend dates with milk until smooth; put in a bowl. Mix in eggs, oil and vanilla.
  2. Fold in oat flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, then chocolate chips.
  3. Use a lined 9-inch round tin (other tins work too). Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick has a few moist crumbs.
  4. Cut into 14 pieces.
